Payment

All payment to be done before item collection.
Payment to be done via bank transfer or concealed cash.
Bank transfer payment: We are not responsible for transfer into the wrong bank account. A snapshot of the transaction receipt either emailed or MMSed to us is needed for payment to be confirmed.
Concealed cash payment: Concealed cash is strictly at your own risk, but generally it is quite safe (: Postage fees to be paid by buyer.
If payment is not made in full, orders are not confirmed.
We will confirm your payment and notify you as soon as we receive it. Do remember to keep the confirmation text/email as verification in case of misunderstandings! (:

Collection

Available modes of collection: Normal postage, Registered postage, SmartPac, Mass meetups
FREE Normal Postage!
All postage rates and details are listed on the Postage Details page.
All items will be put into secure casing and bubble-wrapped to prevent breakage of items (:
We are hence not responsible for any further breakage, as we have already taken all necessary precautions (:
Opting for Normal postage means that there is a risk of your items getting lost, and though rare, we are not responsible for any loss of parcels.
Mass meetups are all conducted at Kembangan MRT Station.
Available mass meetup timings are put up at least one week in advance. If you wish to opt for mass meetups, you may withdraw at anytime and opt for Normal postage, or pay a surcharge for other postage options.
For maximum security, a Collection Code will be texted to you, which you have to acknowledge and show to us to collect your item.
In case of unavailable stock, full refunds are given to you together with your items.
