Late Fee
All late payments (payment made after preorder closing date) will be subject to a late fee. The fee price is dependent on the amount of items you ordered, total amount due, and will be decided by kalamaree.bs on a case-by-case basis.
Disputes
All problems regarding items after you have received them can be disputed up to one month after the preorder closing date. If k.bs has missed out an order or given you something wrong, you can send us an email during this period. After one month, all sms and email correspondences will be deleted, and no disputes will be entertained!
